The Appling County Lady Pirates (10-13, 5-12 Region 2AA) started the week hosting the Toombs County Lady Bulldogs (5-16, 3-14) on Tuesday, January 31 with the Lady Pirates getting the victory by a score of 55-46.
The Lady Pirates next game came on the road against the Pierce County Lady Bears (9-12, 8-9) with the Lady Pirates losing 33-52.

The Lady Pirates will play their final region contest of the season as they host Jeff Davis Lady Yellow Jackets (23-1, 17-0) on Friday, February 10. The Lady Pirates lost to the Lady Yellow Jackets 34-43 on December 17.
The Lady Pirates final regular season contest will be on the road against the Wayne County Lady Yellow Jackets (9-12, 3-6) on Saturday, February 11. The Lady Pirates defeated the Yellow Jackets 49-46 on December 20. All games start at 6:00 p.m.
