Kristin Higgins Stevens and Jarred Stevens of Douglas proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Rylee Grace Stevens.

Rylee was born at 10:14 p.m. on January 8, 2012, and weighed eight pounds and three ounces at birth. She was delivered by Dr. Bradley Goldberg at Coffee Regional Medical Center. Her maternal grandparents are Dot Higgins and the late Robert Higgins of Baxley. Her paternal grandparents are Johnnie and Sharon Stevens of Douglas.
