Judge E.M. Wilkes, III opened indictments on sixteen subjects in Appling County Superior Court on Jan. 13. The following were indicted as follows:
Dara Zacher – Burglary.
Wesley Glynn Rentz – Burglary and theft by taking, two counts.

Thomas Arlie Murray – Child Molestation.
Christopher Aaron O’Berry – Aggravated child molestation, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes and sexual exploitation of children.
Roy Lynn Rogers – V.G.C.S.A.-possession of cocaine, V.G.C.S.A.-possession of hydrocodone, V.G.C.S.A.-possession of clonazepam and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Pattie Lynn Taylor – V.G.C.S.A.-possession of cocaine, V.G.C.S.A.-possession of hydrocodone, V.G.C.S.A.-possession of clonazepam and possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Jason Kersey – V.G.C.S.A.-possession of cocaine and V.G.C.S.A.-possession of phentermine hydrochloride.
Frankie Brianna Williams – V.G.C.S.A.-possession of cocaine and V.G.C.S.A.-possession of phentermine hydrochloride.
Chadrick Antonio Davis – V.G.C.S.A.-possession of cocaine, two counts and suspended license.
Erik Devante Smith – Terroristic threats.
Calvin Jackson – Burglary, aggravated assault with intent to rape, aggravated stalking and VGCSA-possession of marijuana less than an ounce.
Steven Dane Fletcher – Terroristic threats, cruelty to children in the third degree and simple battery-FV.
Chase Vann Sharpe – Attempted armed robbery.
Brian David Spell – Attempted armed robbery and burglary.
