On behalf of our Board of Directors, staff and the children and families we serve, Thank You to the Baxley community for your support and love for Ronald McDonald House Charities® (RMHC®) of the Coastal Empire. We are blessed to benefit from such a philanthropic community that gives willingly of their time, talent and treasure. The mission of RMHC is to create, find and support programs that directly improve the health and well being of children.
We believe that when you change a child’s life, you change a family’s, which can change a community and ultimately the world. We strive to be part of that change by providing programs that strengthen families during their most difficult and challenging times. Our programs include the Savannah Ronald McDonald House®, a “Home away from home” for families with children receiving medical treatment in area hospitals, the Ronald McDonald Family Room®, a “Haven in the hospital,” and our Ronald McDonald Care Mobile® that provides free dental services to underserved children in Beaufort County, SC.
We are honored to have been a part of thousands of families’ journeys. Our charity celebrates its 25th Anniversary in 2012, and we look forward to celebrating with you! We wish you a peaceful holiday season and a Happy New Year.
