Laura Graham Ruffner of Baxley and Charles Michael Ruffner of Marietta are proud to announce the birth of their son, Jackson Riley Ruffner on Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2011 at Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.

Jackson Riley is the maternal grandson of Errol and Denise Graham of Baxley and the paternal grandson of Chuck and Rosemary Ruffner of Marietta. Maternal great-grandparents are Joan Cauley of Alma, Alton Cauley of Baxley and Gene and Geraldine Graham, deceased, of Alma. Paternal great-grandparents are Morris Liberati, Rose Carbo, Charles Arthur Ruffner and Bernice Schroeder.
