Carolyn Courson Hall Lefrancois
Carolyn Courson Hall Lefrancois, 76, died October 29, 2011 at her residence.
A native of Baxley, Mrs. Lefrancois was the daughter of the late Gaston William and Saphronia Okella Medders Courson. She was a member of Beech Haven Baptist Church and the Sunshine Sunday School Class. She retired from Brunswick Manufacturing Company. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, John A. Hall and David C. Lefrancois.
Survivors include her children; Brenda (Carl) Jones; Bonnie (Ray) Bull, Shaun (John) Webb, Shea Hall; stepchildren: Evelyn (Dwayne) Gibson, Shannan Tarrer, Chuck (Stefanie) Lefrancois, Laura (Dan) Yawn; sisters: Mildred (Edison) Garnto, Nell Taylor, nine grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, November 1, at 10:00 a.m. at Beech Haven Baptist Church with Dr. Stewart Simms officiating. Burial followed at Satilla Baptist Church Cemetery in Baxley at 4:30 p.m. The family received friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 31, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Beech Haven Baptist Church, 2390 W. Broad St. Athens, GA 30606.
