Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. § 10-4-213 and the lease entered into between K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a/ City Circle Mini-Storage and Cody Johnson, dated June 30, 2011, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, at their storage facility at 746 City Circle Road, Baxley, Georgia on October 28, 2011, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described personal property: All contents located in Unit 68 belonging to Cody Johnson.
The above-described personal property will be sold as the property of Cody Johnson, who is the occupant of Unit No. 68, to satisfy indebtedness owed to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a/ City Circle Mini-Storage by Cody Johnson for his failure to pay the rental on said storage unit.
The proceeds of the sale will be used as follows: (1) to pay the expense of said sale; (2) to pay the above described indebtedness owed by Cody Johnson to City Circle Mini-Storage; (3) the balance if any, to Cody Johnson.
Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes, assessments, and liens of record, if any.
