Couple celebrate fiftieth wedding anniversary
Joel and Eva Jean Cray will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Sept. 30. Your children want to thank you for your love and patience through the years.
Mom, thank you for being a nurse, a counselor and a teacher through every stage of our lives. We have always looked to you knowing that God would put a word of wisdom in your mouth or the gift of “know how” in your hands.
Dad, thank you for always being that “on time” provider. One thing all of your children can say is there was never a shortage of food in our home. You planted gardens and raised chickens and hogs to keep food on our table.
We thank both of you because you have never believed in being a burden, but yet you helped lighten the burdens of so many. Whether it was feeding the neighborhood kids in our yard or raising the children of loved ones who had passed, you both have been and still are a God given source of comfort to this family. Congratulations on your 50th wedding anniversary.
