Dear Editor,
The execution of Troy Davis, in light of the doubt of his conviction as being guilty of murder, is evident of the need for the American justice System to be looked into for possible changes to be made to insure if there is any doubt of a person being innocent or guilty before being put to death. My prayer is that earnest praying people continue to pray about changes in this system that allows anyone to be put to death when there is as much doubt, as was presented in this case.

I also believe in the justice system. Over the course of 20+ years, numerous appeals, state and federal reviews, including the Supreme Court of the United States, failed to reverse the conviction for Troy Davis.
Therefore:
Do I believe he was guilty? Yes.
Do I believe he should have been put to death? No.
