I, Betty Moody, duly appointed by the Mayor and Council, City of Surrency, Georgia, as Superintendent of Elections, City of Surrency, for the election of three Council Members in the General Election, scheduled to have been held November 8, 2011; having no qualified candidates and there having been no eligible write-in candidates, and no issues to be submitted to the electorate as authorized by the Georgia Municipal Election Code-2007 Edition, code section 21-2-291, no elections will be held.
