A Public Hearing will be held September 27, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. by the Baxley City Council, at City Hall located at 282 E. Parker Street, Baxley, Georgia. The purpose of the hearing is to hear public comments on the proposed zoning Residential (R-15), on property to be annexed by Greg Herrin, property located at 190 Corey Street. Legal description as follows:
All that tract or parcel of land, being and situated in Land Lot No. 244 of the Second Land District of Appling County, Georgia, consisting of 0.856 acre, more or less, and being more particularly described as Tract 1 according to that certain survey and plat thereof prepared by Everett Tomberlin and Associates, certified by Everett Tomberlin, G.R.L.S. No. 2922, dated 2/03/2011, recorded in Plat Book 19, page 482, of the records of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, said plat by this reference hereto being incorporated herein and made a part hereof for all necessary purposes.
