Dear Editor,
Are we truly looking around us and listening to what’s happening in America? Have we thought about who we voted for to represent us in Washington D.C.? Did we put adults as congressmen, senators, and representatives to speak for us? Or children? They are all acting like children. Why do we (including me) have to do without or suffer, because of their wants and desires?
“Wake up people”
Think about this our tax money pays their salary and bills including their children’s college education. What about our children and their future? We need to stop this blame game this problem did not just begin. No jobs, no taxes paid to the government. The economy failed because jobs were shipped out of the country for less money being paid to employees. Low minimum wages, no increase in wages and now we want to shift the blame on each other.
When children act up they don’t hold grudges. They hold hands, make up and keep playing and move on. Rodney King said these words and I quote, “Why can’t we all just get along?” Pray and ask God for guidance. He is watching and will take away everything we have. There is a storm out on the ocean. It may be a tornado or fire, but it is coming just wait and see. The roses are shedding so we better smell them while we can.
Everything that is coming to pass is because we have forgotten the poor, needy and less fortunate. We need to stop worshiping idol gods, money, cars, and houses and land for it is all temporary and will fade away. Read Deuteronomy 32:21-26.
Why should people have to suffer because of jealousy, greed, envy and hatred?
We all breathe the same breath of life and God loves us all. Let’s keep praying. God is listening. He said ask, seek and knock and it shall be opened unto you. Read Matthew 7:7. So people that are less fortunate don’t worry God is listening.
