Gregory Scott Bowen
Gregory Scott Bowen, 48, died Monday, August 1, 2011 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Savannah. He was born on June 30, 1963 to the late James H. Bowen and Rosa Turner Bowen in Baxley and had resided here most of his life. He was employed as a meat cutter for Harvey’s Supermarket in Baxley.
Survivors include his son, Zach Bowen of Hazlehurst; his mother, Rosa Bowen of Hazlehurst; one brother, Michael Bowen of Midland, TX and a granddaughter, Alexis Bowen of Hazlehurst.
Memorial services for Mr. Bowen will be held at a later date.
Arrangements were under the direction of David E. Miles Funeral Home.
