We have been your loyal customers for more years than I can remember. Loyal means simply that we pay you on time for a service rendered. Loyalty is one of those pleasant words big businesses like to toss about because it sounds good, but let us be honest. You are in business to make money, and to make money, you must keep your customers satisfied. We have no contract with you and can pull our business at any time without any monetary slaps to our wrists. With all that said, I’d like to tell you that I am a most unhappy customer at the moment because you and the FOX folks cannot reach an amicable agreement.
