B. J. and I love to travel—and eat. However, in recent months, as per instructions from our Dr. and Weight Watcher Mentor Cathy Daniels, we have reduced the portions—well, a little.
We have covered a sizable section of the world and eaten at a goodly number of places. We have dined at beaneries where you can go barefooted and shirtless and throw your trash on the floor. In contrast, we have partaken at glamorous bistros where some schooling in the finer points of proper etiquette is helpful and a tuxedo and a formal evening gown are required dress.
