THE PETITIONERS REQUEST THEIR PROPERTY BE REZONED FROM A RESIDENTIAL(R-15) TO A BUSINESS(B-2) ZONE.
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Baxley, Appling County, Georgia, on the west side of and adjoining Fair Street for a distance of 105 feet and running back in a strip of equal width for a distance of 182 feet consisting of Lots 9, 10 and 11, Block F, of what is known as Bennett Heights Subdivision, a plat of which is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Plat Book 1, Page 48, and incorporated herein for all purposes.
Said property being bound now or formerly as follows: North by Glendale Avenue; East by Fair Street; South by Lot 8 of said subdivision; and West by lands of Mrs. W. C. Ramsey. This being the same property conveyed from Hiram G. White and Dorothy H. White to Billy Head by deed dated March 8, 2006, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Deed Book 414, Page 371.
