PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Notice of Seizure has been posted at the APPLING County Courthouse Annex giving evidence that the above-described property was seized on the 11th day of April, 2011 by law enforcement officers of ALTAMAHA DRUG TASK FORCE AND THE APPLING COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT, at 1:30 o’clock P.M. a the general address of Highway 341 West, Baxley, in Appling County, Georgia 31513. Notice is hereby given in compliance with Georgia Code 22-2-109 that the Georgia Department of Transportation has approved the Location and Design of this project.
The date of location approval is 3/03/08.
The project consists of 0.07 miles of pedestrian walkways, curb & gutter and resurfacing on Park Avenue from U.S. 1/State Street to Fair Street and 0.092 miles of pedestrian walkways on Tippins Street from Dean Street to U.S. 1/State Street.
The proposed construction on Park Avenue will consist of constructing a pedestrian walkway, curb & gutter and resurfacing. The proposed construction on Tippins Street will consist of demolition of the existing pedestrian walkway on the southside and constructing a new pedestrian walkway.
