The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 2nd Land District of Appling County Georgia consisting of a portion of Land Lot 341 and being bound, now or formerly, as follows: north by the northern .5 of Lot 9 as shown on the hereinafter described plat; east in part by Lot 3, Lot 4 and Lot 5 as shown on the hereinafter described plat; south by Lot 11 as shown on the hereinafter described plat and west by Jerome Street. Said Tract of land being all of Lot 10 and the southern .5 of Lot 9, approximately a total of 112.50 feet x 150 feet, and being more fully shown on a survey and plat thereof by Allen T. Beach, dated February 28, 1967, a copy of which plat is recorded in Deed Book 394, Page 605, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, and made a part thereof for all purposes. This being the same property conveyed from Billy Head to Donnie Jackson by deed executed November 7, 2002, recorded September 3, 2004 in Deed Book 394, Page 605 of said records.
Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 21st day of October 2015. The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 7th day of October, 2014, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia, in Deed Book 517 at page 475.
The property may be redeemed at any time before the 21st day of October, 2015, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the
