By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in the Deed to Secure Debt from TANYA M. MOSLEY to FNB SOUTH, N.A., dated November 17, 2010 recorded in Deed Book 472 page 744-751, Clerk’s Office, Appling County, Georgia, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door at Appling County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in December, 2014, the following described property:
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot No. 284 of the Second Land District of Appling County, Georgia consisting of 0.282 acre, more or less, being all of Lot 165, Block 7, Weatherly Park Subdivision, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the point of intersection of the Southern right of way of Ricardo Street with the Western right of way of Colonial Avenue, and from said point run North 00 degree 18 minutes East along and with the Western right of way of Colonial Avenue a distance of 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes West 123 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 17 minutes East a distance of 100 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 36 minutes East a distance of 123 feet to a point located on the Western right of way of Colonial Avenue; thence South 00 degrees 18 minutes West along and with the Western right of way of Colonial Avenue a distance of 100 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a note dated November 17, 2010 in the original principal amount of $75,368.50 with interest from date at the rate as specified therein
The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of among other possible events of default, failure to pay in accordance with the terms of said notes. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorney(s fees.
