Members of the Boys and Girls Club received a treat Wednesday, July 16. It came in the form of a helicopter piloted by the Air Evac Lifeteam. The Air Evac Lifeteam landed and let the kids take a seat in the helicopter for a closer look. They also explained their purpose in transporting patients, what they did in emergencies and answered any questions the kids had.
Air Evac Lifeteam, is a part of the largest independently owned and operated membership-supported air medical service in the United States, conducting its operations through 113 mutually-supporting air medical bases across 15 states.
