We would like to thank Pizza Hut of Baxley for allowing us to receive part of their proceeds on two nights in May; Tractor Supply Company for allowing us to use their parking lot for two car washes and the following businesses for donations; Appling County Development Authority, Mi Sombrero Mexican Restaurant, Southeastern Gin, M&S Steal, Bel Smit, Woody Folsom Ford, Abundant Life Pharmacy, Nunez Pine Straw, County Farm Plant Company, FNB South, Yeoman’s Gun Shop, Hoyt Altman Blueberry Farm, Sarah’s in the City, Southern Peaches, Swain Funeral Home, Floyd Hunter, Diane Hallman and Deborah Carter.
The Bulldawgs also sold beef jerky and chances to win a $200 Wal-Mart gift card. We would like to thank everyone that purchased jerky and chances.
We are so fortunate to have the full support of our 4-H office. Mrs. Becky Collins, Mrs. Teresa Hall and Mrs. Stephanie Williams have been very instrumental with ideas and support to help these shooters to be able to compete at this competition.
We would like to also thank the parents of the Bulldawgs that worked hard during the fundraisers to make the fund drives a success. This program could not operate without the support and cooperation from dedicated parents. We would also like to thank Steve and Pricilla Haynes for the hard work and support they gave the team this year.
Last but definitely not least, we want to thank Pastor Lamar Lee and the congregation of Baxley Church of God for allowing us to practice in their gym.
We would like to ask one more favor from our community. We would like to ask that you remember us in your prayers as we begin our journey to Rogers. Please pray that we have a safe trip there and back, and that our team will shoot their best.
Thank you,
Jeffrey and Gwen McLellan,
