Joey Bill Perry, 50, of Baxley, died Sunday, June 22, 2014.
Perry was born, June 19, 1964, in Alma. He was employed by Wal-Mart and was preceded in death by his father, Bill Perry and his brother, Curtis Perry.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph Kyle Perry, Mikel Caleb Perry, and Matthew Cody Perry, all of Baxley; his mother, Lucille Perry of Baxley; two sisters, Melba Jean (Rodney) Murphy and Carolyn (Bruce) Wolfson, both of Baxley; two brothers, Vanzel (Gail) Perry of Surrency and Kenneth “Pebo” Perry of Baxley. He is also survived by two grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services were held Thursday, June 26, at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Church of God with the Rev. Mark Griffis and the Rev. Lamar Lee officiating.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the service.
Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Swain Funeral Home.
