Mayor Steve Rigdon and the City of Baxley invite you to enjoy a scenic walk/run through the small town of Baxley on Saturday, April 12 on the morning of our annual Baxley Tree Fest. The walk/run is a great way to start your day filled with festival activities and entertainment.
The race will begin and end around the parking lot of Miles~Nobles Funeral Home and First United Methodist Church.
Pre-registration is available at the Baxley-Appling County Chamber of Commerce located at 305 W Parker Street through April 11. Registration on race day begins at 7:00 a.m. and the 1 Mile Fun Run begins at 8:00 a.m. followed by the 5K at 8:30. The entry fee for adults is $15.00 and for children 14 and under is $10.00.
Each Tree Trek entry includes a dry fit t-shirt and one ticket to the Annual Boy Scout Troop 472 Pancake
Breakfast held across from the finish line. You’ll be able walk/run and then refuel with a delicious breakfast!
