Locals to be honored at Waycross College ceremony on May 13
Appling County students that will be graduating with an Associate of Science degree in Teacher Education are Sonya Harvey Snow, Dawnielle C. George, Rosetta Dominique George and Ashlie Kehra Pearce.
They will be honored with this achievement at the thirty-fifth Waycross College commencement ceremony that will be held on Friday, May 13, at 7:00 p.m. in the Waycross College Gymnasium located in the Physical Education Building.
This year’s commencement speaker will be Belle S. Wheelan, Ph.D., president of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACS-COC).
