Miles–Nobles Funeral Home announces the death of Annie Loyce Crapps, age 89, who passed away Sunday, August 11, 2013 at the Coastal Manor Nursing Facility in Ludowici. She was a native of Tattnall County and lived most of her life in Appling County; a homemaker and a member of Philipi Baptist Church.
Mrs. Crapps was preceded in death by her husband Robert “R.J.” Crapps, Sr. and two daughters, Sonya Ann Davis and Betty Jean Crapps.
Surviving is two daughters, Fannie Sue Crosby of Baxley and Janice and husband Northern Anderson of Ludowici; three sons, Joe and wife Janice Crapps, Sr., Jimmy and wife Ann Crapps and Jerry and wife Teresa Crapps all of Baxley; two sisters, Bernice McDaniel of Alabama and Faye Caves of Williston, FL; seventeen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, August 13, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. from the Miles-Nobles Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Eric Rentz officiating.
Visitation was held one hour prior to the funeral service.
