There will be sold at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, between the legal hours of sale of 10 AM and 4 PM, before the courthouse door in Appling County, Georgia, on September 3, 2013 as the first Tuesday in September, 2013, the following described property, to wit:
That certain tract or parcel of land lying, being and situate in the Second Land
District of Appling County, Georgia, consisting of 0.95 acres, more or less, of Lot of Land No. 101 and being bound, now or formerly, on the North by Tract 3 as shown on the below described plat; East by other lands of Sylvester Griffin, the line being agreed upon and shown on the below described plat; South by lands of Danny E. Griffin; and West by other lands of Glenda Thompson. Said tract is more particularly described as Tract No. 2 on a survey and plat thereof by Merlin J. Tomberlin & Assoc., dated May 23, 2001, and is attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes of description.
This is the same property described in deed from Sylvester Griffin to Glenda
Thompson dated September 25, 2002 and recorded in Deed Book 365 page 801 of deed records for Appling County, Georgia.
Said property found in the possession of Glenda Thompson, levied on to satisfy the fi. fa. in favor of Main Street Acquisition Corporation, as assignee of HSBC Bank Nevada, N.A. against Glenda Thompson issued in the State Court of Appling County, Georgia, levied on as property of defendant in fi. fa., notice of levy and sale having been given the defendant in fi. fa. (or to defendant in possession).
