Tractor Supply to open in May
New life is being brought back to the old Piggly Wiggly grocery store building, located on East Parker Street in Baxley.
Workers can be seen daily making preparations for new tenant, Tractor Supply Company. Officials with the company informed The News-Banner last week that they hope to be in the building in early May. The company also stated that they were excited about the local market based on the number of farmers and horse owners in the area. Tractor Supply will employ 12 – 17 employees. The building is currently being renovated and has approximately 27,000 square feet.
