Gerald Stephens, 68, passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at Appling Health Care System. He was a native of Alabama and a longtime resident of Surrency.

Survivors include his two brothers, Douglas Stephens and wife Ellen of Bluffton and Richard Stephens of Mississippi.

Memorial services were held Sunday, February 3, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the David E. Miles Chapel with the Reverend Carlton Rowell officiating.

Miles-Nobles Funeral Home was in charge of these arrangements.
