Two arrested for church burglaries

In cooperative effort between Bacon, Pierce, and Appling County authorities Alan Edward Royal, age 35, of Duval County, Florida, and Katrina Lynn Lord, age 20, of Alma (photo not available), have been apprehended and will be charged with several counts of Burglary in Appling, Jeff Davis, Bacon and Pierce Counties.

In Appling County this will solve several church and home burglaries. Royal has a past history of being charged with multiple burglaries and thefts and has served three years in prison. He was released from prison in 2011.

Sheriff Benny Deloach asks that if you see suspicious activity please call and report it to 912-367-8120.
