The Baxley City Council approved bids to purchase two new vehicles for the Baxley Police Department at the regular council meeting last Tuesday, Oct. 23. After reviewing bids, the council approved the recommended bids for two 2013 Ford Interceptors from Woody Folsom Ford of Baxley, for the price of $21,900.00 each, for a total of $43,800.00, which includes a 5-year or 100,000 mile warranty.
