Law enforcement respond to hanging
On August 29, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Baxley Police officers answered a call to a Donnie Lane address in reference to a suicide.
On arrival officers and EMS personnel met with a complainant who showed them to a subject in the weight room, whom apparently had hung himself. The subject was cut down and checked by EMS where he was already deceased.
The coroner was called and the body of Garrett Lowell Hall, 42, of Fernandina Beach, FL, was released to the coroner to be sent to the GA State Crime Lab for further forensic investigation.
