“Single lane closure will be utilized”
There will be scheduled maintenance by Georgia DOT Crews on U.S. Highway 341/S.R. 27 east/westbound starting near Rentz Wood Road, continuing to Ryan Crosby Road in Appling County from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 27 through Thursday, August 30, weather permitting.

The Georgia DOT Maintenance crews will be sealing parts of these roadways. An east and westbound single lane closure will be utilized for this work.
This is a WORK ZONE and extreme caution is necessary.
Motorists are advised to reduce speeds as they travel through this construction work zone and expect delays in this area. Message signs, barrels and/or cones will be utilized to alert the public of the upcoming changes.
Drivers should be aware that personnel and equipment will be operating in close proximity to travel lanes.
