Dear Editor,
While passing through the lovely town of Baxley on Thursday, the 16th around noon, I had a flat tire outside of town on 341. The Operations Manager from Brunswick Okefenokee EMS was with me and we could not get the spare tire to release from under the vehicle. We called several dealers around the area to see if they could offer any advice for our dilemma.

Two young men passed us, then came back around to offer assistance. They then figured out the inner attachment was bent.
They were able to figure a way to release the tire and changed it for us. They would not let us pay them for their trouble or time. I thought wow, how often do we see goodhearted people anymore that would give of their time in 96 degree temperatures just to help.
I would like to commend the parents, teachers and the influence that a small town has placed upon two fine young men Dustin Campbell and Ryan Cramer. They would only accept a handshake. It carried me back to my childhood when that was the norm among men. I would like to say thanks to these men for their generosity.
