FDES Pre-K supply list
Required- fitted crib sheet, towel or small blanket (please keep in mind the size of our cubbies when choosing covers, a beach towel would work well), book bag (large enough to keep a folder and covers in) and a change of clothes (please place in a Ziploc with name on the bag)
Fourth District Elementary School announces supply list
Make sure that your child’s name is on all items with a permanent marker.
Wish list (these items are appreciated, but not required)- box of tissues, baby wipes, Clorox wipes, one-inch white, clear-view cover three-ring binder (for memory books), pack of sheet protectors & for the nurse: band aids (any size) and baby wipes.
FDES Kindergarten supply list:
Book bag – large enough to hold a regular sized library book (no rolling ones, please), one box of eight-count Crayola crayons, three boxes of 16-count Crayola crayons, two large glue sticks, three small glue sticks, one box of Kleenex and personal headphones (these will be labeled for your child’s use ONLY).

Book bag, Crayola crayons—two boxes, pencil box, Fiskar scissors, glue sticks, hand sanitizer, tissues, two-wire bound composition books, dry erase markers, Ticonderoga beginners pencils, large pink erasers, ear phones and (for nurse) Children’s Ibuprofen.
FDES Second Grade supply list:
Three-ring binder, wide-rule notebook paper (two packs), one pack of dividers, pencils (three packs), big pink erasers (two), 24 ct. Crayola crayons, scissors, two dry erase markers (any color), one box Kleenex, one bottle hand sanitizer, two large glue sticks, one set of headphones for computer lab (these will be labeled for your child’s use ONLY), pencil box and for nurse:
Liquid Tylenol.

No. two pencils, bookbag, three-ring binder (one and one half to two inches), wide ruled notebook paper, six or more dividers, one red ink pen, one package three by five index cards, one yellow highlighter.
For classroom: one box of tissue, one bottle of hand sanitizer
For nurse: children’s allergy medicine and Q-tips.

The following items will be used in our classroom throughout the year and your donations will be greatly appreciated: bulletin board border (Science Fair), punch-out letters (Science Fair), Cardstock, extra boxes of Kleenex tissue and your time and dedication to your child!
