District tournaments in full swing

Shown is Appling County All-Star Midget Girls team member Morgan Padgett sliding into third base against Jeff Davis County during the District Tournament hosted by Appling County on Monday. A number of the district tournaments have and are being held at the recreation complex last week and this week.

Good luck to all the Appling County young men and women during district and state play. The Midget Girls defeated Jeff Davis County to advance to the state playoffs.
