I just feel the need to put some input as to the term limits you are talking about. Yes maybe they need to be imposed more in higher positions, ie: Congress/Senate...but local office NO. If a person is doing their job and not causing major issues with their position, WHY FIX SOMETHING THAT IS'NT BROKEN??? You say that you have a strong work ethic, then why not complete the term of Coroner you were elected for?? The people voted you in for a term and you let them down, just to try for a different office?? Doesn't sound like for the people, to me!!
