Miss Carter and Mr. McNeal to wed June 2 at Midway Baptist

Chasity is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George “Skeese” (Dedi) Carter of Baxley and Michelle Mixon of Baxley. She is the maternal granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richie (Judy) Williams of Baxley and the late Comas L. Mims of Alma. She is the paternal granddaughter of Mr. William “Bill” Branch, the late Josephine M. Branch, and the late W.G. “Son” Carter, all of Baxley. Chasity is a 2004 honor graduate of Appling County Comprehensive High School and a 2009 graduate of The Medical College of Georgia with a Master of Health Science in Occupational Therapy. She is employed as an Occupational Therapist at Optim Medical Center – Tattnall in Reidsville. Chasity is a member of Midway Baptist Church.

Matthew is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Doug (Mary) McNeal of Hazlehurst. He is the maternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph (Beatrice) Mathew of Lumber City. He is the paternal grandson of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. (Ruth) McNeal of Hazlehurst. Matthew is a 2004 honor graduate of Jeff Davis High School and a 2009 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science. He is employed with Southern Company at Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant as a Chemistry Technician. Matthew is a member of The First Baptist Church in Hazlehurst.

The wedding ceremony will be held June 2 at 7:00 p.m. at Midway Baptist Church. No local invitations will be sent, but all family and friends are invited to attend.
