Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. § 10-4-213 and the lease entered into between A. Freddie White and Susan D. Knox d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage and Casey Tomberlin, dated July 1, 2002, which lease has subsequently been assigned to K&W Developments, Inc., the undersigned will sell at public outcry, at their storage facility at 746 City Circle Road, Baxley, Georgia on April 13, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described personal property: All contents located in Unit 19 belonging to Casey Tomberlin.
The above described personal property will be sold as the property of Casey Tomberlin, who is the occupant of Unit No. 19, to satisfy an indebtedness owed to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage by Casey Tomberlin for his failure to pay the rental on said storage units.
The proceeds of the sale will be used as follows: (1) to pay the expenses of said sale; (2) to pay the above described indebtedness owed by Casey Tomberlin to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage;(3) the balance, if any, to Casey Tomberlin.
Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes, assessments, and liens of record, if any.
