The City of Baxley will hold a Called Meeting on March 3, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall located at 282 E. Parker Street, Baxley, Georgia. The primary purpose of the called meeting is a public hearing as well as any other business that may come before the Mayor and Council. The public hearing will offer opportunities for comments on a Zoning Amendment filed by Elzie Larry Moseley, Sr. and Vivian F. Moseley for property located at 285 Anthony Street. The petitioner request his property be re-zoned from the present Residential (R-12) zone to a Business (BR-1) zone.

This is the same property described in that tract certain deed from James Michael Dennis to Jack Thomas, dated January 18, 2000, recorded in Deed Book 337, Page 20, public records of Appling County, Georgia.
