All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the City of Baxley, Appling County, Georgia, in the 2nd Land District, consisting of 0.50 acres, more or less, and being known as lots 4, 5 and 6 of Block 19 of Fendig's Addition.Said tract is more particularly described on that certain survey and plat entitled Survey for William W. and Willene Bennett, prepared by Merlin J. Tomberlin and Associates, dated November 22, 2000, recorded in Plat Book 15, page 372, Clerks Office, Appling County, Georgia. Said plat and the description thereon is incorporated herein for all intents and purposes.
The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt and any renewal thereof has been and is hereby declared due and payable in full because of default pursuant to the terms of said debt and the Deed to Secure Debt securing same.? Notice has been given of intention to enforce collection of attorney's fees and foreclosure in accordance with the terms of the debt, the Deed to Secure Debt,?and as provided by law.
