Greg Kennedy joins Peoples State Bank
Charlie Stuckey, CEO of Peoples State Bank, is proud to announce that Greg Kennedy has joined the team as assistant vice president. Stuckey stated, “We are extremely pleased to have Greg become a part of our organization.”
Greg Kennedy is a 1976 graduate of Appling County High School and 1981 graduate of the University of Georgia. He is a life-long resident of Appling County and is married to the former Joyce Johnson, also of Baxley and they have two children, Kallie and Christopher. His parents are Dan and Bronnie Kennedy.
Kennedy began his banking career in 1982 as a lender with Farm Credit Service before joining Baxley Federal Savings and Loan Association in 1984. His 25 years of banking experience includes a vast array of knowledge in all areas of banking.
Kennedy is a member of the Baxley Kiwanis Club and serves as director of the Appling County Heritage Center and the Appling County Recreation Department.
