Blanca Torres and Miguel Angel Rosales of Blackshear proudly announce the birth of their son Rey David Rosales.  He was born at 8:33 a.m. on January 3, 2012, and weighed 7 lbs. 6 oz. 

He was delivered by Dr. John Crane at the Appling Healthcare System.  Rey joins older sister Jozelyn Rosales and brother Miguel Angel Rosales, Junior.  Rey is the grandson of Maria Inez Torres and Jaime Torres of Blackshear, and of Maria Rosales and Jose Luis Rosales of Florida.
