Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. § 10-4-213 and the lease entered into between K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage and Dewayne Harris, dated September 9, 2011, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, at their storage facility at 746 City Circle Road, Baxley, Georgia on January 27, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described personal property: All contents located in Unit 3 belonging to Dewayne Harris.
The above-described personal property will be sold as the property of Dewayne Harris, who is the occupant of Unit No. 3, to satisfy indebtedness owed to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage by Dewayne Harris for his failure to pay the rental on said storage unit.
The proceeds of the sale will be used as follows: (1) to pay the expense of said sale; (2) to pay the above described indebtedness owed by Dewayne Harris to City Circle Mini-Storage; (3) the balance, if any, to Dewayne Harris.
Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes, assessments, and liens of record, if any.
