(Editor’s note: I had the opportunity to have lunch with Congressman John Barrow last week and we discussed a number of topics. I asked Barrow how things were in the gridlocked Capitol of the World? He exclaimed that things were about the same and expressed his frustration with too much partisan politics on both sides of the aisle. But as I read the Savannah Morning News’ editorial (below) on Sunday there is one aspect of Washington, D.C. that is not gridlocked as regulations from the Federal government continue to churn out at an alarming rate. – Jamie Gardner)
