While the National Park Service focused on shuttering war memorials to keep our nation’s heroes out, little coverage was given nationally to what has become the “butt” of many jokes (excuse the pun). At the Manassas National Battlefield Park, in Virginia, the National Park Service spent $578,000.00 to install a new comfort station, also know as a restroom, toilet, commode or outhouse.
