The Appling Christian Academy Lady Eagles concluded their regular basketball season with a 17-1 won-loss record. The team won the Division I GCAA State Championship with a win over arch rival Kings Way Christian School from Douglasville. Sophomore, Bethany Rivers, was voted the Most Valuable Player of the state tournament. She had 29 points and 29 rebounds for the tournament. [Full Story »]
