Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. § 10-4-213 and the lease entered into between CITY CIRCLE MINI-STORAGE, INC f/k/a K&W DEVELOPMENTS, INC. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage and the below described tenants, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, at their storage facility at 746 City Circle Road, Baxley, Georgia on September 7, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described personal property:
1. All contents located in Unit 3 belonging to Dewayne Harris, lease dated September 9, 2011.
2. All contents located in Unit 90 belonging to Felicia Rogers, lease dated October 16, 2006.
The above-described personal property will be sold to satisfy an indebtedness owed to City Circle Mini-Storage, Inc. by the above-described tenants for their failure to pay the rental on said storage units.
The proceeds of the sale will be used as follows: (1) to pay the expenses of said sale; (2) to pay the above described indebtedness owed by said tenant to City Circle Mini-Storage, Inc.; (3) the balance, if any, to said tenant.
Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes, assessments, and liens of record, if any.

Man, am I ever glad the election is over. I am one who always tries to answer the phone but it got to where my phone was ringing off the hook from daylight to dark the last two weeks of the race. Most of the calls were from some overcompensated politician or someone that wanted to become one and they each had a plan for creating jobs. This job creation business was fine coming from an outsider, but each incumbent that said “I have a plan to create jobs”, I would shout into the phone and ask what they were waiting on since they were already in office! I take voting very seriously and try to prepare myself for that daunting task every time an election comes round. In this national election coming up in November, I want to be informed and cast my vote for the candidates most likely to lead this country out of the predicament we’re currently in. Whether I’m voting for the president or a congressman, I want an effective, principled man. I use that word man loosely, of course, because in the English language, man still can refer to both sexes. Certainly I’ll vote for a woman if I determine her to be the best man for the job. I’ve encountered a bit of a problem determining how exactly to prepare to vote in this year’s election though. St. Augustine, FL was founded by the Spanish explorer Pedro Menendez de Aviles on September 8, 1565. St. Augustine was named in honor of that saint’s feast day, August 28. The Tri-County Fair Board along with the Baxley Lions Club is sponsoring its 2nd annual rodeo on October 12 and 13 of 2012. Erma Sue Leggett, 78, died Sunday, August 19, 2012. Erma was born Dec. 29, 1933 in Coffee County to the late Jessie Carver Ricketson and the late Pauline Smith Ricketson. She was a member of Red Oak Baptist Church. Ms. Leggett was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Leggett. [Full Story »]
