Under and by virtue of O.C.G.A. § 10-4-213 and the lease entered into between K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage and Felicia Rogers, dated October 16, 2006, the undersigned will sell at public outcry, at their storage facility at 746 City Circle Road, Baxley, Georgia on January 13, 2012, during the legal hours of sale, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described personal property: All contents located in Unit 90 belonging to Felicia Rogers.
The above-described personal property will be sold as the property of Felicia Rogers, who is the occupant of Unit No. 90, to satisfy indebtedness owed to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage; (1) to pay the expense of said sale; (2) to pay the above described indebtedness owed by Felicia Rogers to K&W Developments, Inc. d/b/a City Circle Mini-Storage (3) the balance, if any, to Felicia Rogers.
Said property will be sold subject to any and all unpaid taxes, assessments and liens of record, if any.
