Notice is hereby given that SARAH CROSBY has filed a Petition to Change Name of her child, KALEB TANNER, in the Superior Court of Appling County, Georgia on the 28 day of November, 2011, praying for a change of the child's name to KALEB CROSBY. Notice is hereby given pursuant to law to any interested or affected party to appear in said Court and to file objections to such name change.

The Housing Authority of the City of Baxley has developed its Public Housing Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. The Baxley Housing Authority Board of Commissioners will conduct a Public Hearing January 6, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. at the Community Building located in the rear of the main office located at 88 Highland Drive, Baxley, Georgia.
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss the Agency Plan and to invite public comment regarding the plan. A draft copy of the plan is available for review prior to the meeting at the above address. The Housing Authority hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
