Harrelson selected as Homecoming Grand Marshal
Homecoming Week at ACHS kicked off Monday, October 3 as spirit week began. Students are participating in dress up days, the spirit chain competition and class float competition.

This week the Appling Christian Academy Eagles played Kings Way for senior night. The game was very tight and scores went back and forth. But the Eagles lost 28 to 30. The Eagle offense played a good game and Andrew Phillips had 23 carries for 182 yards and Ben Hiers had 10 carries for 52 yards. Brandon Horton had three for six passes for 52 yards. Pirates defeat Bulldogs 37-0
The Appling County Pirates travelled to Toombs County on Friday, September 30 to face the Toombs County Bulldogs (0-6, 0-3) and were able to get the win 37-0. With the win the Pirates improve to 5-0 overall and 2-0 in Region 2AA play. The Pirates will host the McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers (2-3, 2-0) on Friday, October 7 for homecoming with the game scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m.
